These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jhilma.com (the "Site"), and any purchase or use of products and services offered on the Site. By using this Site, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Products & Services

jhilma.com offers original merchandise including but not limited to clothing and lifestyle products. All products are offered subject to availability, and we reserve the right to change or discontinue products at any time without notice.

2. User Responsibilities

By using this Site, you agree:

  • To provide accurate, current, and complete personal and payment information
  • To not use the Site for any unlawful or prohibited activities
  • To maintain the confidentiality of your account information
  • That you are at least 18 years old or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian

3. Payment Terms

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD $). Applicable sales tax is calculated and displayed at checkout where required, and is not included in the listed product price unless expressly stated. Import duties and taxes are covered by us — see Section 4.

Payments are processed securely via trusted third-party gateways. We do not store your card details.

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or refunded unless the product received is damaged or defective.

4. Shipping & Replacements

  • Orders are shipped within 3–7 days.
  • We currently ship worldwide.
  • All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). We pay all import duties, customs charges, and import taxes on your behalf, to every destination we ship to. You will not be asked to pay any additional customs or duty charges on delivery.
  • If a carrier or customs authority nevertheless bills you for import duties on an order, contact us with the documentation and we will reimburse the amount.
  • Replacements will only be provided in case of product damage or manufacturing defect.
  • Customers must report damage within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • We do not offer replacements or returns for size, preference, or change of mind.

5. Usage Restrictions

You may not:

  • Republish, sell, rent, or sublicense content from jhilma.com
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or copy materials for commercial purposes without explicit permission
  • Use the brand name, logo, or merchandise designs without written approval

6. Intellectual Property

All content, visuals, designs, logos, product images, and text on jhilma.com are the intellectual property of Wintage Garments Private Limited (registered as Wintage Online LLC in the USA) unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or modification of any content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products.
  • In the event of a dispute or issue, our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the product in question.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes or claims related to your use of jhilma.com shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that apply to you and cannot be waived under the laws of your country of residence.
